No support for athletic teams, civic clubs, day care centers, fraternal groups, parent/teachers associations, private K-12 schools, single site public schools, volunteer fire departments, or emergency medical service organizations, art organizations, historic preservation organizations, homeless shelters, or health care (physical and mental health).
No grants to individuals (except for Nancy SUSn Reynolds Awards and Sabbatical Program), or for endowment funds, equipment purchases, research, athletic events, building projects or renovations (including construction materials and labor costs), capital campaigns, computer hardware or software purchases (where it is the principal purpose of the grant), conferences, seminars, symposiums, fundraising events, initiatives promoting religious education or doctrine, land purchases, payment of debts, salaries for personnel or other general operating expenses in public schools, or after-school programs. Additionally, no grants for adoption and foster care, annual species preservation or rehabilitation, crisis intervention, greenways, senior citizen services, social/human direct services, substance abuse treatment, transitional housing, or treatment or rehabilitation.
