State-Level Systemic Change: This program funds organizations working to change policies, power structures, and other root causes of challenges to ensure all North Carolinians can thrive.
Community Progress Fund: Provides short-term grants for local groups to meet direct needs, test ideas, and expand promising efforts to improve their communities. Applications for Summer 2025 are currently open, with a deadline of Thursday, January 30, 2025, at 12:00 PM ET.
Inclusive Public Art Initiative: Invests in public art projects that share under-told stories of North Carolinians, aiming to spark new conversations and highlight common humanity.
Sabbatical Program: Supports experienced nonprofit leaders with paid sabbaticals, allowing them to rest, recharge, and return to work with renewed focus.
