Westlake Health Foundation does not accept applications for: incomplete applications, applications without an ID number, political organizations or lobbying activities, religious organizations for direct religious purposes, endowment campaigns, fraternal societies, benefit fundraisers, raffles, testimonial events, telephone solicitations, or projects that benefit individuals.
The Foundation aims to promote the health and welfare of people in west suburban Cook County, Illinois, through grants for health research, education, prevention, promotion, access, and direct healthcare services, regardless of race, sex, creed, or financial need.
