The agency provides community action programs designed to offer direct services to income-eligible residents in Hancock, Henderson, McDonough, and Warren counties, Illinois; services include: emergency food and clothing assistance, homeless and emergency shelter assistance, low-income home energy assistance, and domestic violence and sexual assault services, and counseling.
