Procedure:
E-mailed applications are accepted and preferred. Proposals will be invited- unsolicited proposals not accepted. It is the Board of Directors’ philosophy that the foundation’s work is in response to a calling to glorify the Lord and not themselves. Therefore, all gifts are to remain anonymous, and the foundation’s name may not be used without permission. Application form required. Applicants should submit the following:
1. Results expected from proposed grant
2. Copy of IRS Determination Letter
3. Copy of most recent annual report/audited financial statement/990
4. How project’s results will be evaluated or measured
5. Listing of board of directors, trustees, officers and other key people and their affiliations
6. Detailed description of project and amount of funding requested
7. Copy of current year’s organizational budget and/or project budget
