Procedure:
Application forms are available online for a variety of funds, each with its own guidelines and procedures. Please submit an initial letter of interest after reviewing the guidelines for the fund best suited for your organization’s needs. Letters should contain the following information:

Web and e-mail addresses
Charitable registration number
A brief description of your organization
Project title
Amount requested and total budget
Start up and completion dates

Full proposals must be invited by the foundation. Organizations that are invited to submit a full proposal should receive a reply from their initial letter of interest within three weeks.
Deadlines for Community Grants are:
July 30th – for organizations who have not applied to the foundation since 2005
Sept. 1st – for all other organizations
The deadline for the Lex Reynolds Adoption and Permanency Trust Fund is April 6th.
