Procedure:
Healing Fund applicants should be part of a community-based program. Participation is open to non-Aboriginals when considered appropriate by the project organizers; however, project organizers should be of Aboriginal descent.
Applications must be accompanied by two signed letters of support from the Aboriginal Community with a project budget not exceeding $15,000.
