Procedure:
All applications must have proposal fact sheet and cover letter. Proposals submitted by fax or e-mail not considered. Telephone inquiries about proposals and grants will be answered Mon.-Fri., from 8:00am-12:00pm. Application guidelines and proposal fact sheet available on foundation Web site. Please do not send 990s, audits, CDs, videos, information concerning staff, Board of Dirs., plaques or certificates of appreciation. Application form required. Applicants should submit the following:
1. Copy of IRS Determination Letter
2. Copy of current year’s organizational budget and/or project budget
3. Additional materials/documentation

Board meeting date(s): Usually twice a year; contributions committee meets monthly and as required
Deadline(s): In 2016, grants will be considered every month except July and December. Please mail the proposal so that it arrives at the Foundation office by the 15th of the month prior to the meeting month.
