By collaborating with communities, they aim to reform structures in areas like education, healthcare, and economic development to ensure equitable access and opportunities for all residents.
Affordable Housing and Homeownership: Recognizing the critical role of stable housing in financial prosperity, the Foundation invests in initiatives that increase access to affordable housing and promote homeownership, especially on Buffalo’s East Side. These efforts are designed to build generational wealth and strengthen communities.
Beyond Grantmaking: Moving past traditional grantmaking, the Foundation provides comprehensive support to nonprofits, including capacity building, strategic planning, and partnership development.
