The following guidelines were adopted by the Board of Directors for issuance of Grants, awards, and contributions.
Only charitable organizations that are qualified under IRS 501 (C) (3) will be considered and such organizations must submit a copy of their IRS exemption certificate with their proposal request.
Primary consideration will be given to organizations involved in general public support particularly in Prince William County with Northern Virginia as a regional area: to land conservation and ecological support without limitation to geographical area: and to religious support of organizations particularly in Prince William County with metropolitan Washington as the regional area.
The foundation primarily supports hospitals, education, human services, and the performing arts center, as well as a boys and girls club.
