(a) The Advancement of the Christian Religion
(b) The Care of Persons in Need and in Particular (without prejudice to the generality hereof) Persons Who Have Been Convicted of Criminal Offences and Who Are Homeless or Suffering from Mental or Physical Infirmity or Who by Reason of Adverse Circumstances (including their past manner of life or criminal acts) Alcoholism Drug Dependency or Ill Health Are in Need of Help in Acquiring a Settled Way of Life Through the Establishment or Residential Accommodation and to Educate and Otherwise Assist Such People so as Develop Their Physically Mental and Spiritual Capacities that They May Devolop to Full Maturity as Responsible Individuals and Members of Society and that Their Conditions of Life May Be Improved.
