(i) To Advance the Christian Faith for the Benefit of the Public of Parish of St. Mark’s Church Southampton, Hampshire, St. Mark’s Church of England Junior School and Its Community, and Other Such Parts of the United Kingdom and World in Accordance With Beliefs and Doctrines of the Church of England.
(ii) To Promote the Benefit of the Inhabitants of the Civil Parish of St. Mark’s Church, Southampton, Hampshire, and the Catchment Area for St. Mark’s Church of England Junior School, Southampton, Hampshire, Without Distinction of Sex, Sexual Orientation, Race or of Political, Religious or Other Opinions, by Associating Together the Said Inhabitants and the Local Authorities, Voluntary and Other Organisations in a Common Effort to Advance Education and to Provide Facilities in the Interests of Social Welfare for Recreation and Leisure-time Occupation and Financial Hardship and Social And/or Economic Disadvantage With the Object of Improving the Conditions of Life for the Said Inhabitants.
(iii) To Relieve Persons Who Are in a Condition of Need or from Financial Hardship and Social And/or Economic Disadvantage or Hardship or Who Are Aged or Sick, or Who Are Refugees, and to Relieve the Distress Caused Thereby in Southampton and Other Such Parts of the United Kingdom and World.
(iv) To Establish or to Secure the Establishment of a Centre for Activities Promoted by the Trust and Its Constituent Bodies in Furtherance of the Above Objects.
