The Purposes of Such Charities and Charitable Institutions, the Relief of the Elderly, the Vulnerable (such as young children or anyone with special needs) or Hardship, the Advancement of Education, the Advancement of the Christian Religion, and Other Charitable Purposes for the Benefit of the Community in Such Shares Between Them If More Than One of the Trustees Shall from Time to Time Think Fit With Power to Apply the Whole or Any Part of the Income or Capital (subject to a maximum of no more than five % of the trust fund within any one annual year) of the Trust Fund in or Towards the Establishment of Any Charitable Institution, Organisation or Category
