Guidelines should be reviewed prior to submitting a request. There is no formal application. Please submit a proposal up to a maximum two pages that includes:
Registered name of your organization and its charitable registration number
Organization description, history, and objectives
Population served
Explanation of how your organization is funded
Project description
Project timeline
The required timing for the grant
Please attach the following items to your proposal:
Most recent audited financial statement
Detailed operating and capital budgets
Current fundraising campaign for your project
Details about government and private support for your project
Details about current and future sources of operating dollars
Proposals may be submitted either by mail or email. Please present information as succinctly as possible. Applications are screened. Those which do not meet the criteria listed above are not submitted to the board. All granting decisions are made by the board of directors. No reasons are given for board decisions.
Deadlines are usually in mid-April and late September, please contact the foundation directly for specific upcoming dates. Potential applicants are in the meantime welcome to call to discuss possibilities.
