Home Energy Assistance Program(HEAP): A federally funded initiative that provides financial assistance to eligible customers struggling to pay their heating bills.
Neighbor for Neighbor Heat Fund: This program offers a one-time grant per program year to qualifying individuals or families to help prevent service disconnection, pay current or past-due energy bills (excluding electric utilities), or purchase home heating fuel of any kind.
