Before applying for a grant it is strongly recommended that your board of directors and senior staff have serious discussions about the strengths and needs of your charity. The Muttart Foundation will want to see evidence that your request has been well thought out, is realistic, and is likely to have long-term impacts on your charity and those it serves.
A detailed description of application procedures and guidelines is available on the foundation’s website.
Charities should feel free to call the foundation’s staff to discuss possible applications.
Please submit applications to the Foundation at least one month in advance of the course or workshop start date to provide sufficient time for a review of your request.
