Guidelines must be reviewed prior to submitting a request. Applications must include a cover sheet, which can be obtained through the McCain Foundation. Please include the following information within your request:
complete description of the project or program to be funded
level of funding requested
other sources of funding
geographical area
list of board of directors or management team
current financial statement and/or financial projection of project costs
Please feel free to include any other material you feel will contribute to the foundation’s understanding of your request.
The foundation prefers that applications be sent by mail or courier, rather than by fax or e-mail.
The donations committee meets 6 to 8 times per year. Requests take a minimum of 2 months to review. If additional information is needed the board will contact you.
