Programs

Principles of Servant Leadership Course
A 30-hour course that helps participants build community and learn servant leadership through action and reflection.
Mentor Program
A four-month online mentoring program where participants meet weekly with mentors (via Zoom, WhatsApp, etc.) to discuss servant leadership topics and apply them in daily life.
Servant Leadership Academy
A 2–3-week intensive experiential program that brings participants from around the world to visit servant leadership communities and develop their own leadership mission.
International Educators Academy (IEA)
A program for university teachers and administrators that immerses them in servant leadership practices on partner campuses through classes, meetings, and daily reflection.
Education Through Business Immersion (EBI)
A 3½-week cultural and professional immersion in the USA where students live with host families and intern in American businesses to learn servant leadership in practice.
Teaching Abroad Program
A volunteer program that places teachers at international partner universities for 2 weeks up to 4 months to teach and model servant leadership.
International Servant Leadership Program (ISLP)
A full-year leadership development program in some countries that combines the Principles Course, Mentor Program, and Servant Leadership Academy.
Additional Global Education Programs and Initiatives
Online servant leadership courses, global partner programs, and education initiatives in countries such as Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Nigeria, Thailand, the Philippines, Afghanistan, and Central.

Grants

History shows that 57% of their giving goes to support Education, 29% goes to Religion and 12% goes to International Giving Category
Grants in recent years include:
$20,000 for Kazakh-American Free University;
$10,000 for Western Seminary; and
$20,150 for East Asia and the Pacific.

Limitations

Giving limited for the benefit of Kazakhstan organizations. Grant requests for individuals are not accepted.
