(a) The Advancement of Education in Accordance With Christian Principles and for the Public Benefit and the Support of Christian Charitable Institutions in the Rural Deaneries of Bromley Dartford Orpington and Sidcup as Now Constituted (hereinafter called ‘the area of benefit’ and in particular to support expand and develop the land comprised in this deed (hereinafter called ‘the school’) Financially and Otherwise. (
b) To Establish or Secure the Establishment of a Community Centre in Order to Promote the Benefit of the Inhabitants of the Area of Benefit by Advancing Education and Providing Facilities in the Interests of Social Welfare for Recreation and Leisure-time Occupation With the Object of Improving the Conditions of Life for the Said Inhabitants.
