Procedures:
1. For the BB team (not including the pilot unit).
2. In the schools attended by the significant improvement in academic achievement or sustained superior performance.
3. Served in the unit, discipline, leadership and have good performance and was captain recommended.
4. If the students that have to be at least 15 points or more and studying in University Foundation (A-level) courses.
5. If the current year level (A-level) of the candidates shall be admitted to the recognized university or tertiary full-time courses.
