To Advance the Christian Religion and in Particular but Without Prejudice to the Generality of the Forgoing (1) The Restoration, Preservation, Repair, Improvement, Beautification and Reconstruction of the Church of St. Michael, Marbury (the ‘church’) in the Diocese of Chester, and the Monuments, Fittings, Fixtures, Stained Glass, Furniture, Ornaments, and Chattels in the ‘Church’ and of the Churchyard Belonging Thereto.
(2) To Encourage Attendance At St Michael’s.
(3) To Keep the Church Open and in Use by Providing Financial Aid and Other Support for the Parochial Church Council.
(4) for Any Other Purposes Which Are Charitable At Law for the Benefit of All Those Who May Wish to Use the Church – from Wherever They May Come.”
