Exclusively Charitable Purposes of Benefit to Persons in the Area of Benefit Including the Payment of Funds or Making of Loans to Registered Charities Operating Within and Being Primarily for the Benefit of Residents of the Area of Benefit the Assistance and Relief of Disabled Persons Resident in the Area of Benefit the Advancement of Rural Educational Projects in the Area of Benefit the Preservation of Historic Buildings (including christian places of worship) or Places of Natural Beauty Within the Area of Benefit the Administration of Village Halls and Other Organisations Providing Facilities for Recreation Either for the Public At Large or for Sections of the Public Who Have Special Recreational Needs and Such Other Exclusively Charitable Public Purposes Within the Area of Benefit as the Trustees Shall from Time to Time Decide
