The foundation supports programs designed to expand K-12 educational opportunities to help students acquire the core math, science, literary, and technology skills needed to prepare them to join the workforce of the future and compete successfully; help individuals and families acquire the skills and abilities they need to actively support themselves and make positive social and economic contributions to their communities; promote habitation initiatives for seniors; encourage diversity and inclusion in education, the community, and the workplace; improve the livability of communities and bordering regions through the development of safe, accessible, and economically viable neighborhoods; promote community programs, places, and events that contribute to the long-term success of regions where the company does business.
