Procedure:
Support is limited to 1 contribution per organization during any given year. Proposals should be brief. Unsolicited requests are accepted from employees and their spouses, and established customers of Enterprise Rent-A-Car on behalf of nonprofit organizations with which there is an established connection. Unsolicited requests on behalf of schools are not accepted. Annual reports, videos, DVD’s, CD’s and other extraneous proposal materials are not encouraged. Application form not required. Applicants should submit the following:
Name, address and phone number of organization
Copy of IRS Determination Letter
1. Brief history of organization and description of its mission
2. Detailed description of project and amount of funding requested
Initial approach: Mail proposal to foundation for customers/employees

Board meeting date(s): Jan 29, May. 14, and Oct. 22
Deadline(s): Dec. 5, Mar. 27, and Sept. 4
Final notification: 3 to 4 weeks following board meetings
Additional information: Proposals from customers should include a description of the customer’s relationship to Enterprise or an Enterprise employee, a letter of support from an Enterprise employee, and a description of the customer’s involvement with the organization.
