Community Donations are grants less than $10,000. Partnership Grants are grants greater than $10,000. Partnership Grants generally do not exceed $50,000. Partnership Grants are limited to 1 contribution per organization during any given 3-year period. Organizations that do not meet the eligibility requirements for Community Donations or Partnership Grants, may apply for Neighborhood Support. Neighborhood Support are grants usually less than $500. Application form required. Applicants should submit the following:

2. Copy of IRS Determination Letter
3. Brief history of organization and description of its mission
4. Copy of most recent annual report/audited financial statement/990
5. Detailed description of project and amount of funding requested

7. Copy of current year’s organizational budget and/or project budget
