No grants to individuals (except for scholarships), or for debt reduction, general operating support, travel expenses or trips, capital or equipment campaigns, endowments, sponsorships including auctions, dinners, tickets, advertising, or annual fundraising events, curriculum development for educational institutions, or motor vehicle or other transportation equipment purchases; generally, no loans.
The foundation supports organizations involved with arts and culture, education, health, human services, and community services, and awards college scholarships and fellowships. Special emphasis is directed toward programs designed to provide a direct service to economically and socially disadvantaged youth and their families, at-risk or troubled youth, and individuals with special needs.

Copy of current year’s organizational budget and/or project budget
Copy of IRS Determination Letter
Initial approach: Complete online application form
Board meeting dates: Quarterly
Deadlines: None for grants.
Final notification: 90 days for grants
Organizations receiving support are asked to submit a post-grant evaluation.
