The first step is to submit a letter of inquiry outlining your proposed project in four pages or less. Include the following information within your letter:
Introduce your organization and its mandate
State the community priorities your project will address
Detail the scope of the project, including a timeline
Demonstrate community support for the project
Provide a detailed budget, including funding from all other sources
Applications may be submitted at any time. Grants are awarded on a semi-annual basis, June and December of each year. Fiscal year end is June 30.
