The foundation serves the people of Central Naugatuck Valley and Litchfield Hills to improve the quality of life by: 1) giving grants, scholarships, and organizational support to address the changing needs of the community; 2) helping donors create a legacy for the future through a permanent endowment fund; 3) promoting informed philanthropy and volunteerism to increase charitable resources for the region; and 4) providing leadership and building partnerships to identify and solve community concerns.
