Legacy Conferences
The Foundation will identify major churches, organizations, and individuals who have proven track records. Then put together a list of Asian-American Christians who are leading in their spheres of influence, and bring them together through conferences. There is at least one leadership-focused forum for a younger audience and one legacy gathering for the older generation.
Entrepeneurship Training in CN
A program that teaches young people about entrepreneurship and exposes them to a market-driven economy with an emphasis on business ethics and character development.

Chou Family Foundation, also called L2 Foundation (ÂL-SquaredÂ), is a private foundation that seeks to develop the leadership and legacy of Asian Americans by providing support and resources. L2 serves ministry and professional leaders, empowering them to fulfill God’s calling.
Founded by Paul & Alice Chou in September 2000, L2 Foundation was launched in response to the paucity and struggles of Asian Americans serving as leaders in the society at large. While growing numbers of Asian Americans have succeeded professionally, L2 sees a need to channel that success towards strategic sharing of resources and experience to the next generations. L2 Foundation has been engaging in dialogue with innovative and progressive Asian American leaders to explore solutions for developing enduring programs and resources for long-term impact.
L2 Foundation seeks to fulfill its mission with measurements of sustainability, collaborative efforts, multiplicative effect and life-changing kingdom impact.

The foundation also oversees a ministry in CN that trains students in business schools and classrooms, emphasizing the importance of character and ethics in the marketplace. Paul started his own computer software-testing business in the 1980s, then sold it in the late 1990s.”
