A personal interview may be requested for the Champ’s Children’s Health and Wellness Grant Program. Generally, support is limited to 1 contribution per organization during any given two-year period for the Bearemy’s Kennel Pals Program. Organizations receiving Bearemy’s Kennel Pals Program grants may be asked to provide a final report. Application form required. Applicants should submit the following:
