Dr. Jeffrey J. Rodman didn't set out to build a grant-writing firm. He set out to serve the Church. In 2000, he founded Here-4-You Consulting on a straightforward conviction — that Christian ministries do transformative work, and they deserve funding partners who understand both the grant world and the mission behind it.

A Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) and Certified Grants Specialist (CGS), Dr. Rodman has spent his career at the intersection of ministry, counseling, and nonprofit development. Here-4-You exists because that intersection was — and still is — underserved.

More than two and a half decades of grant work for ministry.

Since 2000, Here-4-You Consulting has provided program development, grant proposal writing, nonprofit formation, training, and fundraising counsel to churches and Christian organizations across the country. Our proposals have gone to federal, state, and local government agencies, private foundations, civic groups, and denominational funders.

Twenty-six years in, our focus hasn't drifted. Christian ministries remain the majority of our portfolio — and the reason we exist.

Dr. Rodman has written hundreds of successful proposals and secured millions in grant funding on behalf of Christian ministries and nonprofits. He has been published in professional journals on substance abuse and adolescent development, and featured in outlets including the Winchester Star, Northern Virginia Daily, and Warren Sentinel.

He maintains a private counseling practice focused on Christian counseling with troubled adolescents and their families, is active in his local church leadership, and lives in the Shenandoah Valley with his wife and six children.

Background: Former U.S. Air Force officer, private-school administrator, and senior manager in the private sector.

Tony joined Here-4-You in 2007 and has served the firm's clients as a grant writer for nearly two decades. His accounting background and executive experience give him the fluency to translate ministry programs into the operational and financial language funders expect.

Alongside his wife Paula, Tony has coached Bible Quiz teams, discipled and mentored teenagers, and led adult small groups. The Turleys have three children and settled in the Shenandoah Valley in 2003.

Doctrinal Position

Statement of Faith

We believe the Bible to be the inspired, the holy infallible, and authoritative Word of God.

We believe there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father where He reigns as King, and in His imminent and bodily return to earth in power and glory.

We believe that for the salvation of lost and sinful man, spiritual regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential, and that this salvation is received through repentance and faith in Jesus Christ as Messiah, Savior and Lord, and not as a result of good works. This free gift of saving grace, however, will always produce in the regenerated believer fruit in keeping with repentance — a faith that is manifest through its good works.

We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit, by whose indwelling in Christianity empowers the Christian to live a sanctified, Godly life, and to perform service pleasing to the Lord.

We believe in the spiritual unity of believers in our Lord Jesus Christ, with equality across racial, gender, and class differences.

We believe that the Lord Jesus Christ commanded all believers to proclaim the Gospel throughout the world and to disciple men of every nation. The fulfillment of that Great Commission requires that all worldly and personal ambitions be subordinated to a total commitment to “Him who loved us and gave Himself for us.”
